The Photo Pros

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from The Photo Pros, (St. Louis School of Imaging LLC and any of its subsidiaries). but we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. If you are not content with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of purchase date. 


You also have the option of exchange or refund within the time allotted. The item must be returned in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all manufacturers included components and packaging materials. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by The Photo Pros management. After 7 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only. 


For return of online purchases, please contact us prior to shipping the goods to obtain service advice or a Return Authorization. We can be reached via e-mail at info@photoprostl.com or by 314-567-3456 


Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days. 


The following conditions must be met for products to qualify for refunds or exchanges: 


• The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy). 


• The total will be refunded by your original method of payment, The Photo Pros gift card, or store credit.

 

• Cash purchases totaling more than $100.00 will be refunded by check and may take up to 7 business days to process.

 

• If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present for in-store returns. 


•The Photo Pros. does not accept return of the following products:

 

 Film or Photographic paper, (due to its perishable nature), • Batteries, • Chemistry, • Photographic Light Bulbs • Ink cartridges • inkjet paper• software

• Any special-order items. 


RESTOCKING FEES 

If The Photo Pros. determines that an item is returnable but does not meet all guidelines for “as new” product, such as missing instructions, packaging, or accessories, up to a 30% restocking fee may be accessed. We can process a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund. The fee charged may vary depending on the item's condition, the state of the item's packaging and the item value. The Photo Pros reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that does not meet these criteria and the restocking fee amount. 


EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We want you to shop with confidence and allow plenty of time to shop for Holiday Gifts. To allow you peace of mind in choosing the right gifts, products purchased from Black Friday through Christmas Eve have an extended return and exchange period until January 10th of the following year, understanding all original items must be in original condition and nothing missing as stated above. 


GIFT CARDS 

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. 


UNCLAIMED ORDERS 

We will not hold orders for pickup for longer than 90 days, including orders with prints and film. We will attempt to contact you; however, if no attempt to pick up is made, we will dispose of unclaimed photofinishing or orders after that time without further notice. Unclaimed photofinishing, special orders or any product not claimed within 90 days will be disposed of. Including order that have been picked up or have been emailed and the original items were to be disposed of are not the responsibility of The Photo Pros after 90 days. 


If your phone or email does not allow for messages or is not set up, or the item goes to spam is not the fault of the Photo Pros. We suggest you check your spam daily.
