Whether it’s a trip created exclusively by The Photo Pros or a collaborative adventure with Wherever Tours, our goal is simple: to help you fully experience every destination—its beauty, history, culture, and unique character.
Our tours go far beyond simply showing you the highlights. Together, we’ll explore each location’s most iconic sights as well as its hidden gems: historic landmarks, unique architecture, charming older neighborhoods, riverfronts and canals, scenic viewpoints, mountains, river... and—whenever possible—those special sunrise and sunset spots that make for unforgettable photographs.
Many of our itineraries are built around being in the right place at the right time for perfect light.
Most daily outings last around four hours or more, unless we’re out for a full-day adventure—from sunrise to sunset. Some tours continue into the early evening or night when the sky is crystal clear, giving us the chance to photograph the Milky Way, moonlit landscapes, or sparkling cityscapes after dark.
But these experiences aren’t just about sightseeing—they’re crafted to offer you real photographic opportunities. You’ll capture everything from sweeping landscapes to intimate street scenes, interesting people, colorful markets, dramatic skylines, and beautifully detailed architecture. And no matter your skill level (beginner or advanced), we’ll be right there beside you: teaching techniques, offering tips, helping you understand your camera, or simply guiding you toward the best shots.
To make sure you’re fully prepared and confident, most of our tours include:
- Two live Zoom sessions before the trip
These cover gear, settings, shooting strategies, and what to expect—so when you arrive, you’re ready to start creating great images immediately. - Two in-person learning sessions during the trip
We’ll dive into composition, editing, workflow, and how to create photos you’ll be proud to share or print—while reviewing your work and helping you refine your creative eye.
