Introduction to Film Photography     

Join Derek – our Black and White film/camera expert as he teaches you how to understand your film camera, the settings and lots more. Derek has over 100 different film cameras in his collection and he will help you understand your camera!

First Class

• In the first hour we will focus on the nomenclature and setting of the camera.  Derek will also cover how to load your film and setting the film speed on the camera.
• The second hour will focus on the PROVIDED FILM PROCESSING KIT…loading your film into the processing take, learning about the chemicals and more.

Second Class:

• In this class we will critique your images with an explanation of what was good, what might have gone wrong with the processing and photography.  We will also discuss ways to improve your photography and the processing.
